Products and personalization

Product images are illustrative. Colours and appearance can vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, materials, and printing processes. Product descriptions and the details confirmed for your order will guide what is supplied.

Design approval

Please carefully check spelling, dates, names, photo selection, layout, and other details in any proof sent for approval. Once you approve a design, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges. Production timing may depend on receiving your approval.

Pricing and payment

Prices, customization charges, delivery charges, and applicable taxes (if any) will be displayed or confirmed before you complete your order. Orders are processed after required payment and order details are received. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.

Shipping, cancellations, and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Customized items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, subject to the remedies described in the policy and rights under applicable law.

Customer-submitted content

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for photos, artwork, text, and other content you provide. Please do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or is unlawful. We use submitted content to fulfil and support your order and handle it in accordance with applicable law and our operational needs.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit false or unlawful information. We may correct errors, update product details, or change website content when necessary. An order is subject to confirmation and availability.

Limitation and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Modern Pixel Art is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website use or delays beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
