How do I place an order?

Choose a product, select the available options, provide the requested personalization details, and complete checkout. If a design proof is provided, review it carefully before approving.

Can I customize my product?

Many products can be personalized with your photo or other details. Available sizes, materials, and customization options vary by product and are listed on its page.

When will my order arrive?

Timing depends on the product and design approval. Personalized photo frames generally have an estimated timeline of 3–5 days after the design is finalized, with courier transit time potentially additional. Please refer to the product page or your order confirmation for the applicable estimate.

Are delivery charges included?

Delivery charges depend on the product and offer. Any applicable charge will be shown or confirmed before the order is placed. For some personalized photo frame offers, a ₹50 delivery charge applies.

Can I change my design after approval?

Please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible after approval or once production has started, and additional charges may apply.

Can I return a personalized product?

Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for customized items. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

How do I report a damaged item?

Email us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and advise on the next steps.
