Order processing

Modern Pixel Art creates personalized products, so processing may include preparing your design, confirming the proof with you, printing or producing the item, and packing it for dispatch. Processing starts after the required order details and payment are received. Where design approval is required, production begins after you approve the final design.

Delivery timelines

Estimated timelines depend on the product and the time needed to approve the design. For personalized photo frames, the current estimate is generally 3–5 days after the design is finalized; courier transit time, if applicable, may be additional. Any product-specific estimate provided at checkout or in order communications takes precedence.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur because of courier operations, weather, holidays, service disruptions, or incomplete address/contact details. We’ll share available tracking details after dispatch.

Shipping charges

Applicable delivery or shipping charges are shown or confirmed before you place your order. For personalized photo frames, a ₹50 delivery charge may apply as stated in the offer or order details. Charges for other products may differ.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before submitting your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel appears damaged on arrival, take photos of the packaging and product and contact us promptly.
