Since most of our products are personalized just for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Just send us:

  • Your order number
  • photo of the issue
  • quick note about what went wrong

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund if necessary.

All return or replacement requests must be fully resolved within 2 Days from the date of delivery.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
